What does a Bachelor's program entail?
Kailo Training Institute offers two non-secular programs at the Bachelor's level. The programs are Bachelors in Counselling and Bachelors in Divinity. The online programs are structured into six courses each which counts to a total of 120 credits. Students can work at their own pace. Although the courses are online there is regular interaction with facilitators to enhance the learning experience and to provide proactive guidance to ensure success in studying.

Learners will be participating in supporting people and will be able to report on their activities and testimonies. This program involves practical ministry and research. |

Structure |
Two years have six courses consisting of four modules each. Before starting the year’s work you are required to complete a self-paced annual onboarding module to refresh your memory of general policies and procedures and to give you all the guidance to achieve success with your studies. The main research question can be based on your ministry such as working with children, families, trauma, bereavement and so forth. This is a Christian Pastoral qualification, with a strong ministry-oriented focus. The qualification serves to provide adult learners with the knowledge/theory and application techniques for ministerial studies in their chosen field of speciality. It emphasises selected general knowledge and Biblical principles together with more specific methods and applications. |
Entry Requirements |
The first step for applying for selection for the program is to complete an Expression of Interest form. Send your form, CV and other documentation to arrange a preliminary interview. A limited quota of learners will be accepted for this program. The Faculty Leadership reserve the right to select the most suitable candidates for this programme. |
Course Recognition |
This is a non-secular qualification. You will receive a Kailo Training Institute attendance certificate plus a Bachelor's Degree from Commonwealth Open University. |
Payment Plan |
Kailo Training Institute is structured in a monthly payment plan to mitigate any concerns about financial risk. Study fees are payable over a two-year period and a quotation will only be presented after successful completion of the selection process. The quotation will reflect the following:

This includes advice, crisis intervention, trauma handling, specialized governance and registered financial advice. Each team member has more than 30-years of industry experience, as well as specialised academic qualifications. This means they actually walked many miles in students' shoes by completing their studies through distance learning, face-to-face classes and doing research.
